11. This is an amazing program. I was eating lots of semolina pasta and I was morbidly obease! I was 270 June 1 1997, and on May 3rd, started this new programme. I have lost approxamatly 25 pounds and I have not done any excersize yet!!! I am starting a new excersizing programme soon so I can really speed up my motabalism. My goal is to go from 270 pounds down to 190. I was starting out with a 44 inch waist and now I am down to a VERY loose 40. I hope to be a 36/34 inch waist! The last time I was a 34 waist was in Junior High School! I am truly happy!
