22. Amazing!!! 10 lbs in one month even with neutral-rated food; I think that was achieved mostly by eliminating potato, wheat and corn products which used to be a huge part of my everyday diet. Since I am from Quebec, I wonder if you had any plans about releasing your book in French. I have many friends who are interested in your diet program but do not read English very well. Thank you for making my life anew.
