DESCRIPTION: I must tell you that I know for a fact this change in eating style works. Here's why. I had gained weight in the middle of the summer because of lack of exercise, not paying attention to what I was eating, and too busy to get control. When things settled, I took this book, adjusted the foods to my type, and exercised like I usually do when I don't let the hectic everydayness of life get in the way. I was strict and followed it to the letter. Within in a month and a half, I saw pictures and could not believe the difference. My face was thinner, I lost 7 lbs. and wore a size 8 comfortably.Interestingly, the same pattern started in my life around mid-November and I was too busy, didn't take the time to think, and ate a combination of right and wrong foods. Well, it was like I knew it would be, promptly gained weight.I am know back on the eating plan, and have more energy and have noticed a change already. It truly works combining the right foods with the right exercise. I have no desire to be model thin nor a size 6, but when my size 8's are loose and comfortable on me, I know that the plan is working. I want to thank you for a great breakthrough and I want you to know that I let people know this is not a diet, but a way of changing your ideas about the foods you eat and how they affect and effect your body. I have never pushed an eating plan before I read your book. Keep up the great work. Now a question, how, as a Type 0, can I stop my craving for potatoes, which are not good for my type. I absolutely love them-can even pass up sweets for the taste of a potato!
