DESCRIPTION: I read ER4YT and lost 20 lbs. in less than 6 weeks. I was able to keep it off for 2-3 months at which point I got 'bored', felt a lack of support for the program from my husband, and went back to my old habits. I quickly gained back the 20 lbs. plus another 10 lbs. in addition to that. I realize it's time to get back on the program. My husband is now worried about his obesity and wants to do it also. We're both the same type, so hopefully it will be easier. I'm very excited about the cookbook which I purchased today. I think we have a good chance to make it a permanent lifestyle change.
