Individual result

Type: A | Gender: Male | Age: Middle | Effect: Significant

DESCRIPTION: I also went a bit further and found my type to be A+ mm secretor - accordingly, peanuts and cinnamon were detected as one of the items I should be eathing sparingly and incidently that I have had trouble with in the past - small deviations from the book. My cooking has improved, and from the recipe book - I used it as a spring board to develop my own quick but tasty diet elements. I have raved about the book to individuals who fall mainly into 3 camps - (1) Those who try it and appear to invariably have good results (2) those who are in the nutrition field and MDs who appear to be quite emotionally opposed to the diet but invariably offer no valid criticism other than baseless inuendo (literally - are these people really educated??) and (3) other indivuals who are also essentially opposed to trying anything new and different. I find that clinically, I have been completely amased with the improvement in health, and the fact that the diet pinpointed several foods I have not been able to eat. Oh yes, I almost forgot liver is one of them. Incidently, as I grew older the food intolerances intensified as pointed out by Dr. D'Adamo. In short, I think the book together with a good exercise program (for your blood type) is the best proactive action and individual can do to maintain and improve his health. The one regret I have is that I have been unable to find - "You Are Your Blood Type" by Nomi and Besher - just for fun of course. My problem with foods in general - I have a voracious appetite for elements from all categories!!
