Description:
A hearty soup for a cold winter's meal.


General applicability:

Lentil Soup
Green: recipe contains only neutral or a beneficials ingredients for that type.

Ingredient list:
  • 1 package dried lentils
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 2-3 portobello mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 2 Vegex cubes (vegetable boullion)
  • 1 Tablespoon sea salt
  • 6 cups water
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce, optional


How to make it:
  • Bring to a boil, then turn down heat.
  • Simmer for about 1 hour.
