General applicability:

Cooked Baby Carrots
Green: recipe contains only neutral or a beneficials ingredients for that type.
Yellow: recipe contains an secondary avoid ingredient that may be substituted by a more permissable one.
Orange: contains an avoid in a primary ingredient.



Ingredient list:
  • 2 to 3 cups Baby Organic Carrots
  • 1/4 water
  • 1/4 maple syrup
  • Skirt of agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup organic apple juice(100%pure) or apple cider
  • Spoonful of compliant butter
  • Dash of cinnamon


How to make it:
  • Get all liquid ingredients boiling in a saucepan.
  • Add baby carrots & dash w/cinnamon.
  • Reduce temp to low and cook apprx 20 min with lid on pot.
  • Carrots will be sweet and tasty.
  • Ingredients can be adjusted to fit your BT.
