Avocado Cucumber Salad

Ingredient list:
  • avocado, cubed
  • cucumber, chopped
  • olive oil
  • thyme
  • lemon juice
  • pinch of sea salt


How to make it:
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Play around with the spices/lemon juice. Add as much as you like.
  • Toss, and enjoy!
