Ingredient list:
  • Egg
  • Onion
  • Feta
  • Butter or ghee
  • Pita pocket


How to make it:
  • Slice onion into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  • Heat butter or ghee in heavy skillet and add onions, stirring often.
  • Cook until a caramel color, could take about 30 minutes.
  • Scramble eggs and cook.
  • Slice pita and stuff with eggs, caramelized onion and feta cheese.
  • Eat!
