  • Although this is a salad dressing feel free to use it over rice or on cooked vegetables.


    General applicability:

    White Sweet Miso Salad Dressing

    Ingredient list:
    • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
    • 1/4 cup of Water
    • 1/4 cup Sweet White Miso
    • 1 1/2 TBS of Fresh lemon juice
    • 2 TSP of Agave
    • 1 TBS of Chopped Onion
    • 1/4 TSP Dried Mustard Powder


    How to make it:
    • Combine ingredients in blender, blend until smooth.
    • I recommend making double. If it gets too thick just thin it with a bit of water. Store in a glass jar in the fridge..
