Ingredient list:
  • 110 grams plain flour [or compliant substitute]
  • 2 large eggs
  • 275 milliliters skimmed milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 50 grams butter [or ghee]
  • maple syrup [or compliant topping]


How to make it:
  • Sift the flour and salt into a large mixing bowl
  • Whisk in the eggs
  • Gradually add skimmed milk
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan
  • Pour in some of the batter
  • When cooked flip over and cook the other side
  • Drizzle with maple syrup
  • Enjoy!
