Description:
Flax eggs with a little twist. Lecithin adds the yolk color and texture to this 'egg'.

Ingredient list:
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Lecithin Granules
  • 1/4 cup water


How to make it:
  • In a blender grind Flax seeds and Lecithin until very fine.
  • Add water, blend until gooey.
  • Note: The Blendtec blender or Vitamix work well for this recipe.
