Assorted Veggie and Rice Stir Fry

Ingredient list:
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • lemon grass
  • shallots
  • parsley
  • olive oil
  • yellow squash
  • green beans
  • broccoli
  • zucchini
  • celery
  • carrot
  • tuna
  • jasmine rice
  • tamari sauce


How to make it:
  • Heat oil in wok
  • add chopped garlic, ginger, lemon grass, sautee 1 minute
  • Add chopped veg, parsley and tamari sauce sautee 3 minutes so vegetables are still crunchy.
  • Add tuna and rice and cook a further 1 minute.
  • Serve in a bowl with coriander as garnish.
