General applicability:

Fruit Ice Cream

Ingredient list:
  • 1 cup soy milk [or other BTD compliant milk]
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar [or agave, vegetable glycerine, etc.]
  • 1/2 Cup of frozen fruit such as: blueberries, peaches, pineapple, strawberries, etc.


How to make it:
  • Put all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • Vary the amount of milk and fruit until you find the thickness you want.
