Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars

Ingredient list:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2-2/3 cup ghee
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini chocolate chips


How to make it:
  • Mix eggs, sugars and ghee.
  • Add vanilla and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flours, oats, soda and salt.
  • Add to egg mixture and stir until blended.
  • Add chocolate chips, mix.
  • Put into a greased jelly roll pan and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
  • Cut into bars or squares.
  • Good warm or cooled.
