General applicability:

Fresh Lemonaid/Limeaid
Green: recipe contains only neutral or a beneficials ingredients for that type.

Ingredient list:
  • 1/2 a lemon, lime or both
  • a glass of water
  • stevia to taste [or BTD compliant substitute]


How to make it:
  • Fill a glass not quite full with good water.
  • Add 1/2 lemon or lime.
  • Add stevia to taste.
  • Tastes great!
  • I do this in every restaurant I go to.
