Working to find the cause, the root of the trouble, is what Dr. D\u2019Adamo\u2019s shift of five students at the University of Bridgeport Naturopathic Medicine Clinic do every Wednesday for patients of the community. A community not limited to just the greater Bridgeport area, but worldwide, thanks to the pandemic. We are now able to take telemedicine appointments too.  Of course, if you are able to be live and in-person, we welcome you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. D\u2019Adamo\u2019s shift allows students to gain first-hand experience assessing patients bio-individuality and prescribing therapies that focus on nutrition and lifestyle. You may be asked to collect data such as metabolism, genomics, microbiome and biomarker information through specialized collections. The data will then be \u2018crunched\u2019 with the unique bioinformatics tools and artificial intelligence developed by Dr. D\u2019Adamo specifically for getting to the bottom of things. When that is complete your student clinician and Dr. D\u2019Adamo will present a detailed treatment protocol including personalized guidelines for diet and lifestyle guidance specifically tailored to you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine admitted its first class in 1997. It has since trained strong, vibrant Naturopathic physicians for more than two decades. Dr. D\u2019Adamo\u2019s Center of Excellence in Generative Medicine was a keystone feature of the program for many years.
