DESCRIPTION: After one day --- 24 hours -- of eliminating all corn and wheat products, I began to relax at night and was able to sleep peacefully. I am a type 0, but unfortunately spend too much time sitting at a computer; therefore, I found that the beef which was recommended, was harmful to me in large amounts, and that I needed only about 2 or 3 servings of beef per week. I feel much better when I consume UNPROCESSED soy products such as tempeh, especially baked, and green salads, and all the vegetables on the Type O diet. Sugar is bad for me. I always eat Ezekiel bread, make French toast with it.uld give me on this. .
