DESCRIPTION: I used to have candida. I had autovaccine therapy. After the candida was cured my doctor encouraged me to blood type diet. This brought another significant improvement in various concerns: more energy, more vital, skin is not dry any more (knees and elbows), digestion is easy, no tiredness after meals, skin is clear, free of "acne", immune performance is better, when allmost everybody at work is on sick leave with flu, all I get is a slight sneezing problem, weight loss is also significant, down from 87 kg to 82 kg without a low calorie diet,I used to like B-type diet before when I didn't know of ER4YT. That means lots of egg, cow milk and cow milk product and pretty good load to beef also. I deed also bodybuilding and consumed supplements based on milk and egg protein. That's probably the reason why I ran into the candida problem. I have an allergy against cow mild and egg now. I've hated vegetarian nutrition as long as I can remember back. My mother says I allways cried when she tried to feed me vegetables at the time when I was a baby. I still hate it today. When eating Broccoli for the first time in my life a couple of months ago I was sweating from disgust. I kepp to the A-type-diet because the health effects and the digestion/well being is so much improved. My protein intake is now based on tofu (other soy products cause problems), fish (from the neutral or positive category), sheep milk products, Haferflocken (this is German, sorry I don't know the English term, it's grain) and peanuts. I also eat a lot of vegetables now. I really force myself to eat vegetables, because I still dislike them, hardly can't stand the taste of it. I did not give up weight lifting. But I reduced the work-out load and pause for some weeks when I feel exhausted know.My whole body is enthusiastic about ERY4T except my mouth. If there was a way to change my type from A to B I'd jump on it.
